Accept the Revised Investment Policy Statement

Resolved, That the Executive Council, meeting in San Francisco, California February 9-12, 2023, accepts the Investment Policy Statement of the Domestic & Foreign Missionary Society revised August 2022.
Explanation
Pursuant to the By-Laws of the Executive Council, VIII.4, the Joint Investment Committee’s (IC) charter shall be reviewed annually by the Joint Investment Committee and the Council and renewed annually by the Council.
The IC produces an Investment Policy Statement which serves as its charter.
During its last review, the IC made no modifications to the target asset mix of the trust funds but incorporated changes in the Exhibit D (no-buy portfolio restrictions).
