Resolution on Taiwan Earthquake
Resolution text
Resolved, That the Executive Council of The Episcopal Church, meeting in Raleigh, North Carolina, April 18-20, 2024, express concern about the 7.2-magnitude earthquake that occurred in Taiwan on April 3, 2024; and be it further
Resolved, That the Executive Council send greetings to the Bishop of Taiwan, the Right Reverend Lennon Yuan-Rung Chang, the Episcopal clergy of Taiwan, and the parishioners of the churches of the Taiwan Episcopal Church; and be it further
Resolved, That the Executive Council call upon the members of the Episcopal Church to pray for our siblings in the Taiwan Episcopal Church, a constituent diocese of the Episcopal Church in Province VIII.
