Chief Legal Officer Authorization

It is hereby RESOLVED that the Chief Legal Officer shall have the authority to execute on behalf of The Episcopal Church the Settlement Agreement and Full and Final Release between The Episcopal Church in South Carolina, the Trustees of the Protestant Episcopal Church in South Carolina, the Anglican Diocese of South Carolina, and The Episcopal Church, as well as any necessary supporting documents.
