Resolved, that Trust Fund # 1343, The Lead with Love Fund, be established pursuant to FIN-034, June 2023, that authorized a Campaign for PB Legacy Fund; and be it further
Resolved, that Trust Fund #1343 be designated as an endowment account for the Domestic and Foreign Missionary Society, which may use the income and may add to the principal at its discretion.

Explanation
Trust Fund # 1343 -The Lead with Love Fund (2023)
The Office of Development is working with a fundraising consultant and a planning committee. An initial gift of $5,000.00 was received from a donor who wishes to “celebrate the primacy of the Most Rev. Michael Curry who showed us “how to Let Love Lead”.
This is an endowment account for the DFMS.
