Resolved, that the name of Trust Fund # 560.00 be changed from Association for Religion & Intellectual Life/Cross Currents to Association for Public Religion and Intellectual Life, Clinton, NY, as requested by the organization and approved by the Secretary of the State of Delaware.
Explanation
This trust was established in 1943 with a bequest from the estate of Bishop Charles Fiske of Baltimore, Maryland, whose will directed that the income “be paid…to the Church Society for College Work for its work among students.”
The Association for Religion & Intellectual Life is the successor to the Church Society for College Work. The name change was approved by the Secretary of the State of Delaware.
